Intro to Iyengar Yoga Series

This class will introduce you to the basics of Iyengar Yoga. It is suitable for beginners, students returning to yoga, or for those who have never done Iyengar Yoga before. Each class will include asanas (postures), relaxation, and breath work. Participants will develop and increase strength, flexibility, awareness, and confidence.
