Walking is such great exercise, and now is the time of year to really enjoy it! Feldenkrais WALK!! is designed to make walking more satisfying, efficient and pleasurable. We’ll address some of the essentials: the push-off from the feet, flexibility of hip joints and spine, and the contralateral movement through the torso that powers the legs. You will learn short movement sequences and awareness practices to use while you walk, so you can keep improving all summer long!
