Handstand, headstand, forearmstand and shoulderstand can feel daunting and unattainable. In this workshop, you will learn how to approach these postures to your capacity. We will explore postures and actions that prepare the body and mind for inversions. You will learn their stages and find the stage that is right for you. With the support of props and modifications you will build the awareness and skill to go deeper and further in your Inversion practice.
