In these small group classes, you will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga from an experienced teacher. Whether you are new to Iyengar Yoga or wanting to get back to your practice, these classes will prepare you to join one of our Level 1 classes. Each class will include asanas (postures), relaxation, and breath work. Participants will increase strength, flexibility, awareness, and confidence.
